You may submit a request to have your Welcome Email, containing your login credentials, resent through InterCall Online.
1.) Login to your InterCall Online site. ex: www.intercallonline.com
Note: If you are a first time user to this site, you must set up your user profile under First Time User. You will be prompted to enter your Owner Number and Web PIN.
2.) Go to Manage My Account and select View/Edit Owner Information.
3.) Scroll down to Marketing Settings. Click on Resend Welcome Info Email.
4.) Verify the owner number and email address displayed.
5.) Select Resend Welcome Info Email. You should receive your Welcome Email within 15 minutes.
